Review before payment
Submitting a brief is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. Kardd reviews product relevance, claims, availability and campaign timing. We agree the scope and launch date by email before sending a payment link. We may decline a campaign without requesting payment.
What you are buying
The package and USD price shown on your approved booking identify the deliverables. Spotlight includes a rotating sponsored directory placement for 30 days. Sponsored story includes an original 800–1,200 word article, one round of factual revisions and at least 12 months of hosting. Launch partner combines the article with 60 days of directory placement, one creative refresh and reports at 30 and 60 days. Additional work requires a separate agreement.
Payment and timing
Payments use a hosted NOWPayments checkout. Follow its exact currency, network, amount and expiry instructions. Network fees may apply. Campaigns are one-off purchases with no automatic renewal. A return from checkout is not proof of payment: payment must be confirmed with the provider. The placement period begins when the campaign goes live, after payment and creative approval. If payment or assets arrive late, we will agree a revised date.
Editorial independence
Advertising is clearly labelled. Sponsored links are qualified as paid links. Payment does not buy a favourable opinion, a review score, editorial ranking, search position, dofollow backlink or guaranteed audience size, clicks, leads or sales. Editorial card listings remain available independently of advertising. Newsletter distribution is not included in the current packages.
Your materials and claims
You must have the rights to supplied logos, copy and other materials. Provide accurate product details, relevant restrictions and evidence for material claims. We may edit, request substantiation, reject or remove misleading, unlawful or unsuitable material. Sponsored articles remain under Kardd’s editorial control. Do not supply private customer data, wallet credentials or confidential financial records.
Cancellation and refunds
Before work starts or a placement goes live, you may cancel for a refund of the campaign fee. After work starts, we will agree a fair charge for work already completed and refund the remaining unused amount. Once published, completed article production is not refundable solely because performance differs from expectations. If Kardd cannot provide agreed deliverables, we will offer a replacement period or refund the undelivered portion. Crypto refunds require manual verification of the original payment and safe return details; we do not promise a fixed coin amount when exchange rates change. Contact us before attempting an additional payment for an underpaid or expired invoice.

Contact hey@payyd.co about your campaign, cancellation or payment reference. Keep the agreed brief and booking email for your records. We use Resend for campaign emails, Cloudflare for application records and NOWPayments for checkout. Our privacy policy explains how we handle submitted details.
